Ute Fleishman, ChFC®
Ms. Fleishman is the President and
Founder of Integrating Solutions, LLC. Being born and raised in
Germany she immigrated to the United States in 1990. Due to her
European upbringing and her work experience she brings great
expertise and understands the difference between the European
and American business mentality.
As Vice President and Executive Assistant to the CEO
and Founder of a California based privately owned global
corporation with annual revenues of US $700 – $800 million with
widely diversified operations she was exposed to and involved in
the management of a large variety of businesses. Companies under
the global umbrella included domestic operations as well as
operations in Germany, Spain, France, UK, China, Korea and
India.
Aside from that Ms. Fleishman can draw on her vast
background experience having started out in the medical field
and pharmaceutical industry. Later her understanding of the
small business owner was influenced and refined during her
employment as Director of Operations at a local Chamber of
Commerce. Her continued desire for improvement and change
combined with her thirst for knowledge lead her to seek
employment at a CPA firm. Her focus was on the financial
services aspect within that firm. During this time Ms. Fleishman
became Securities licensed and after successfully completing all
requirements was also awarded the Chartered Financial Consultant
Designation by the American College.
Inspired by many Entrepreneurs during her career and
with over 20+ years of working experience she was particularly
influenced by her most recent mentor. During her association
with him and his operations she was exposed to fast paced
leadership and management with constant movement while expansion
oriented. She learned to quickly observe and evaluate
organizations, operations and situations, make recommendations
and respond quickly and proactively to problems and situations.
Ms. Fleishman also brings great leadership, great organizational
and superior people skills. Her expertise together with her high
level of integrity and honesty make her association with any
operation highly valuable and effective. |
